Karon Johnson was born in New York. She has a B.A. Degree from Sarah Lawrence College and has studied with renowned American Painter, Knox Martin.
Karon is a classical pianist and has served as a volunteer in the community as a member of The Junior League of New York and Greenwich, Ct. She was President of the Garden Education Center and served on the Boards of the Greenwich Woman's Exchange, The Nathaniel Witherall Center for the Aged, The Greenwich Art's Council and The Belle Haven Club.
